Exchange Policy

You can exchange items in your order within 7 days of its delivery. Please follow these steps to cancel order:

1. Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link against your order in the Order History section in My Account
2. In case you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in the Track Order page. Follow steps as given below.
3. Click on the ‘Exchange for another size’ or ‘Exchange for product in the same offer’ link and indicate the product/ size to be exchanged with.
4. Proceed to the next step and select the shipping address to deliver the exchanged products.
5. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return or exchange of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.

2. Our return and exchange policy allows for you to return/exchange your order within 10 days of the order’s delivery. Option to place a return/exchange request will be disabled in your account after 15 days of the order’s delivery.

4. Proceed to the next step and select the shipping address to deliver the exchanged products.
